We offer a 100% refund if you request it within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase and if the service has not been fully used or abused.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund (e.g., technical issues).

  • You have not violated our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing, VPN misuse).

  • Your usage is within reasonable limits during the refund period.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds if:

  • Your request is made after 3 days from the date of activation.

  • The service has been used extensively during the refund window.

  • You experience issues caused by your own internet connection, device incompatibility, or misconfiguration.

  • You purchased by mistake or changed your mind after activation.
